Indexhibit Support

Hi,

Sorry been off the hook recently (had a baby).
So now I cannot log in. I have not updated the php as I should have done some time ago. But now the log in just comes blank.
Is there anything I can do to access my account and access the updates from the admin area? Have not found anything on the forum

Congrats on the baby.

In version 2 of indexhibit there's a handy password reset plugin thing that happens if you enter the wrong login a couple of times.

In the old version there was a password reset file. Can't remember where you download it.

My suggestion to you is to backup your old files locally. Then go into your File Manager (or with FTP client) and delete all the files. Re-install the latest Indexhibit with the password plugin so you'll never have this issue again.
