Indexhibit Support

I did everything on the installation instructions..

1. checked powweb (hosting service) about my root folder.
2. uploaded thru Fetch
3. changed to 777 setting

then when i put

http://www.maanpalmiery.com/ndxz-studio/install.php

it says

ERROR 404: NOT FOUND
Browser cannot find document.

I called hosting service provider, they said PHP is working properly. and that there is no problem..

Can someone help me?

Sure, PHP can be working just fine, but the problem here is that you likely uploaded to the wrong place/folder. There is not much we can do for you at this part...either you can understand where to put your files or your host will find them for you.

i called powweb again..
they transferred my files to a different folder and they said it would work fine now.
but when it tried

its still not working. it still has the 404 error

i only put the contents from the indexhibit070e and not the whole folder

And you can't find them on the web. This isn't an Indexhibit issue - if they files are there it will work. There is something else that isn't right...something we have no control over at all. You have to figure this step out...or your host has to help you. We do not know where your files are.

its now working.. and i didnt do anything..

im getting these though..

XX /files folder is not writable...

XX /files/gimgs folder is not writable...

How do I do this? I did all the 777 setting correctly..
