Indexhibit Support

Can anyone help

Problem 1:

I can not my Settings page will not update :

Every time I click the update button it takes me to my site homepage.

Problem 2:

I can not add PayPal buttons within my Exhibitions, specifically my Shop :

It seems to dislike the code that PayPal creates - any suggestions ?

Hey iamagraphicdesigner,

install a development extention like firebug for firefox or enable the developer menu for safari. There is also a tool for internet explorer.

Show us the error you get when you try to edit things. It´s hard to say something about that if you cant´t show us more details.

To the second problem: first try to validate your site before you use paypal code. most of the href links in the shop part are nested wrong. Maybe this will help.

Hi G470 - thanks for the advice... by Validating my site - does that mean I'll have to go through all the errors and re-write the HTML code for it? As I've just been typing it into the Shop Exhibit Window within Indexhibit and it's never seemed to be a problem before - what am I doing wrong?

I'll try and get more info via the developer menu or firebug and let you know.

I can't update (not able to click the Save/Review button) my Exhibit as well. Previously all the exhibits can be modified, saved and previewed, etc without any glitch. But suddenly, just yesterday...things became crazy!

The only thing I did was adding a line of words within the html and then my world goes hay wired!

I was trying to modify (added in a line) a page and tried to hit the 'save/preview' but nothing happened. I delete the whole content and simple type a few word and the the 'save/preview' works. Then, I tried to copy paste the previous content but then the 'save/preview' stopped working again!

Very very odd indeed. Can anyone, please help?

maybe cleaning up the code a bit could help you to solve the problem...
