Fresh install... not working

Hello. I had a few problems with background colours and Columner theme, so I did a fresh install in a new database, and, to my surprise, the almost default page (all I did was adding two empty sections) doesn´t work.
I get this:

Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for /home/glprod/public_html/ing/ndxz-studio/site/columner_ok/index.php in /home/glprod/public_html/ing/index.php on line 81

Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/glprod/public_html/ing/index.php on line 81

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/glprod/public_html/ing/index.php on line 82

What should I do?

Before you reinstall you need to delete the previously existing tables - or it will not work.

Databases are comprised of tables. Tables are comprised of columns. Using PHPMyAdmin (your host provides this) you can delete the tables from your database.

Well, I did 2 installs of indexhibit at the same time (1 for english, one for spanish purposes), I created 2 different databases, and installed indexhibit on both. In one of them I added two sections, at my cPanel it shows 8 tables and it doesnt work. In the other i didnt touch nothing and it also shows 8 tables and it doesnt work.
I dont know, it's just weird. Anyways... Ill delete the non-working database and do it all over again.

Well I get this problem now...
I copy the Columner theme's directory to /ndxz-studio/site
the I go to configuration and switch to "advanced", the I select the Columner theme.
As soon as I do this, when I preview the page I get this:

And when you switch the format back to Eatock it works just fine?

I'm currently using the Eatock Theme, but I'm planning another page, so I'd like to have Columner as an option.
