Main Website Not Showing Up

My website url is vuezine.com, and I am currently in the process of building it. When I edit the website through the normal editing link, I think I am doing things correctly, but when I go to view my website, 'Future Home of Something Quite Cool' pops up, which is not my website. I think I am missing something in regards to actually publishing the things I am changing through the behind the scenes work of it, in order to put the site on the web and make it viewable to others without logging in. I am very new to this, and appreciate any help you can offer! Thank you!

Hello, in the root folder of your server space look for Index.html and rename it to something else or remove it completely (do make a backup incase). This will allow the browser to read Index.php, which indexhibit uses.

Okay great, I will try this, thank you!

Alright, I've tried renaming/deleting, but neither is happening because it says I do not have permission to do so, I've tried changing the permissions to 777, is there anything else I should do? Thanks!

I don´t really know, I´ve always been able to remove the default index.html with many different hosts, there might be a setting in your control panel, otherwise contact your host.

msensible - could you please share how you fixed? I've gone through my public_html folder and I deleted the index.html after installation but still can't get my website to show anything but the Bluehost default site. Grr.... www.hellomarnie.com

Yes, 100mph, i can! what i am using as far as hosting is Godaddy, and for their hosting there is a File Manager that I went through, and there was a file named missing.html that i renamed, and it suddenly worked, it was supposed to be called index.html, not 'missing.html' but it was the file that had to be changed/deleted. Not really sure if that is the response you were looking for, as I am not completely sure how to fix your problem!
