Yes you can easily embed youtube Videos in Indexhibit.
Create a new exhibition, click on "Additional Settings" and turn "Process HTML" off.
Now paste the embed code into your text field.

HI, thanks for reply...but I am really really bad with these things, and I don't understand what you mean at all...:( First, I want to embed youtube link to one of my project...and I dont know where to find "additional setting" button...I only seeing "setting button" and where can I find "process HTML..." I am so sorry, can you please please let me know how to do this in "idiot proof" way?

I just found out the "additional setting" under my project!!!!! :)

But, I don't see my youtube video on my site... is the "embed code" different from the link?
ugh, I am sorry, i feel terribly bad..but can u please explain, where can I find "embed code"?

This is a three year old thread referring to the older, Legacy version of Indexhibit.
You can upload any video, youtube or vimeo as normal media (youtube and vimeo require that you enable their plugins from Admin>Plugin. You can then upload them by editing your exhibit from their own separate buttons)
