Indexhibit Support

Hi there,

I'm trying to install Indexhibit, but each time I try and change the folder permissions to 777 they just reset themselves to 000 or xxx again.

If I try to access this page:
http://www.gaildecordova.com/ndxz-studio/install.php

I get HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.

I'm using a Macbook Pro and have tried doing this on Cyberduck and FileZilla.

I'm pretty sure they are in the root folder as I have placed them where the current website is stored on the server.

If anyone has any ideas what the problem might be it would be greatly appreciated.

gaildecordova.com/ndxz-studio/install.php is there, I can see it and it responds

1) but you may have had a problem during uploading, there are files missing or corrupted. I recommend you upload indexhibit files and folders again

2) You will need to change the folders permissions according to the installation instructions. Permissions of 000 or xxx are not normal permissions, means you don't have access to change permissions. This is a question for your host
