Dear Pernin,
I hope I have the answer- it turns out that Fatcow will not allow a third party connection due to security risks which might explain why my fatcow database is empty.

Their techies said to do the following:
ASk Indexhibit to send me the code script in the from of a Config php file with my data (see below) in it so that I can transfer it myself to the config file in Fatcow.

It is now installed: it was a simple question of the wrong database password.

We've seen this time and again, from users and host support. In some very few cases an uncommon databse setup will need a hands-on approach. In most cases it's just a question of double- and triple-checking the database info
