Indexhibit Support

Dear friends of Indexhibit,

I realize that if I send a link from my website to one of my contacts by e-mail it dosen´t work.

And the same problem I have sometimes with the address of my website...

For instance if I send one e-mail with some links it dosen´t connect with my page. And this is something new…

If I google my name…ernesto rios rmit, and I click in the links that appear in google (that actually are correct).. it dos not connect correctly....why???

only works if I copy and paste the address and I click 2 times... can you please help me?

Many times direct my contacts to another adress... so the links dosen´t work and I realize it´s a problem of index...

The other problem is that if I want to share this links in facebook it dosen´t work either.

If I put this links in my wall in face book it dosen´t aloud me to do this... but I can share any other link from another website and it works? like youtube for instance....

Why is happening this with Indexhibit?

Please help me to solve this technical problems....

every link works: this looks more like a problem with your hosting, especially as you say that it happens only sometimes

it doesn't look like an indexhibit problem, I even googled as you say, and everything works as expected...
but trying to validate (http://validator.w3.org/) your page I've got this:

I've never seen that and I don't know what exactly it means, but hope this helps

The above advice, both of them, are incorrect.

I think your site was hacked - at the bottom of the page is a javascript line of javascript that is similar to things I've seen in the past. You will need to clean up your files - there are threads around here about that.

Also, the encoding issue, some hosts do some odd things and maybe you need to force the encoding via a small code adjustments. If you search encoding I'm sure you will find it around here.

The Facebook thing - it's an ongoing thing and I don't know why their servers won't deal with it. Didn't somebody post a kind of solution around here for that though (I can't remember)?

For the third (fourth?) time across two threads now - did you read my note about cleaning up your site because it's been hacked - there are threads around here with information about how to do that.

I see nowhere that you have followed my instructions from a couple days ago.

Vaska, I read your previous answer. I am not a programmer and I don´t know how to to clean up my files. I don´t know how to fix the encoding issue. That´s why I am writing to you.

I wrote to my server and they say that is not their problem. I din´t change anything in my website.

And If I post all this time it is because I wrote to you and apparently your email is not working and you offer a section of services. And I wrote to not only fix this problem also to improve my website and create another one.

Can you tell me how I can clean up my files and fix the encoding issue. In a language that is easy to understand for someone that is not expert in programming?

I am not trying to be rude, but I still need help-

I will respect the rules and I just want to continue working.
