Dear all,
I have to my knowledge, installed indexhibit correctly using my FTP programme and I am able to edit my webpage. However when I click "View your site" or just go to the domain without the /nd-xz-studio I get a Forbidden message.
My domain is prefabarchive.co.uk
Any ideas? I phoned 1and1 whom I have an account with but I may as well be speaking another language!

My guess is that you are missing the root index.php file - simply upload it.
Thanks it was missing.
However, the error has now got worse and is "fatal".
Fatal error: Call to undefined function sanitize_uri() in /homepages/46/d388736482/htdocs/Prefab archive directory/index.php on line 32
Could there be other files missing? I have noticed that in the indexhibit73.zip file there is a MAC OX version, it has more files in it than the other one (which I assume is for windows).
When I have unzipped the downloaded indexhibit73 file, the containing folder won't show up through filezilla and when I try to move it somewhere else it asks me if I'd like to move it without encryption.

You are missing other files now - I believe /ndxz-studioi/common.php
I did have the common.php file but it was a different size from the one I had in my unzipped indexhibit file. No idea why! I replaced it now I am getting what I expect on the screen. Thanks
FTP often does not completely upload files - the problems you were having were the result of wobbly FTP. Happy to hear it's resolved...
I had this problem, and re-installed the index.php folder and now I get this message when visiting my site:

I've actually tried to update from version 070 and decided to start again from scratch and I cannot get to my /ndxzstudio/install.php or /ndxzstudio

Ok great! I got my site back up! Now I think I need to re-input all my information from scratch again?
Also, now all the images I used on the previous version of indexhibit are suddenly too big.
The image size is capped at 200 kb as default.
The value can be changed in ndxzsite/config/options.php
