I am trying to customize the menu with the Indexhibit Style plug in. When it's enabled, the first section of the menu disappears.

Hello, did any of you find the solution to this issue? I'm having the same problem: when I change any of the parameters in the plugin "Indexhibit Style v1.0", the menu on the left just disappears, except the "copyright 2007-2012" text.
Notice that this happens not just by enabling the plugin, but whenever I change any of the values. When I disable the plugin, everything is back in place.
