How come when I click on one of the exhibits it does not show up the images of the submenu topics?
See what i mean here:
seredyak.co.cc/architecture/

The settings that are set are the following:
Template : index.php
Media source: section
Exhibit format: visual index

Do you have 777 permissions on /files/dimgs/?

The images are there, but they are gray...sames as your background.

yep. Just checked, its 777. The background is fine, it has a light texture image to it, its just that the images aren't showing up...

what else can it be?

I'm not sure I understand well - the images are supposed to something else than grey? (Vaska posted an link which is essentially a thumbnail image - the rest of the images seem to be fine: seredyak.co.cc/files/dimgs/ ... )

well when I click on photography topic, or say architecture, arent the images(thumbnails) of the projects suppose to show up?

Try clearing your dynamic image cache then revisit the page and see if they generate.

Admin > Settings > Clear dynamic images

tried it. That did not seem to work either. Is it even possible to do? when I click on the blank images it does take me to the selected project, but maybe there is another way of presenting the work?

Ok, I now understand what's going on here...

To "push" the images on the right in your exhibits (seredyak.co.cc/project/cpne/) you used blank images (like this one:seredyak.co.cc/files/gimgs/…) so it doesn't overlap the text.
The problem is that visual index, in a section exhibit, uses the first image from each exhibit. Thus you get three blank images in your section.

yep! that was it. but If I delete the first blank image, all my images in "Architecture" section will be shifted to the left, hiding the first image. Any way I can adjust this issue in this section without it affecting the placement of the images in "Photography" section?

you may need to edit the plugin for this... I can't think of way doing it with css.
