Indexhibit Support

Hi,
I forgot my login info for my site andrewseitz.com. Tried the password recovery but seems it only works with the older version of indexhibit.. Also when I enter my e-mail on the form to retrieve signon info it does not send. any ideas how to recover my password?

It appears that I can't connect at all to my indexhibit studio to update my website?
I am definitely sure of my login and password but also realised it is asking now for
both login and password between 6-12 characters where I used to sign in with 5 for both?

I did try to reset it via the plugin you offer on the download page
but having tried that it displays a message 'LOOKS OK'
but doesn't allow me to change the password?

Can you help please?
I am stuck I crucially need to update my website.

My website is up and running but I can't log in no...
I always used the indexhibit login page...

are you using the index1/exhibit as login/password since you used the reset script?

Yes absolutely, but when I actually enter index1/exhibit for login/password it says
'uncorrect password'....

And to make sure you have used the correct password reset script (there's one for the Legacy and one for version 2)

I used the one for v0.73 and older.

I Just have had a similar problem to Sebmk

My browser usually saves my correct username and password, but it didn't work.
I then ran out of attempts at which point it asked me for my email... It mentioned some error code when I typed my email...

I then tried the script, it just said "I hope it worked"
Then when I went to login it simple said "login err" not accepting the new login info
My browser then of course auto-filled in the correct old username/password

Not sure what I can do now. Maybe it is a problem with my host, or a bug... My website runs great other then that.

OK>>> UPDATE!
I ran the reset script three times in a row in quick succession and I was able to login with the new username/pass
I think Godaddy was feeling grumpy about running the script or login module....

@ sebmk you should use the one for version 2 (assuming that you're using a v2 site since this thread is about v2)

I think it is the older version, not version 2 as I was able to enter the
login/password index1/exhibit but it wasn't recognised...
WTH??

It really is a complete nightmare...

but then can't update at all.............
