Indexhibit Support

Hi,
I´ve already built a site with Indexhibit for a friend of mine just a few days ago, and now I´m trying to install it again to built my own site, but I´ve the same problem with XXcheq config.
I thought I could do that, (built two sites with individual license) There is no problem with that, is there? because I can´t understand what I´m doing wrong with the installation. I checked my database info, I reupload the files for three times, I changed the permissions of the files, I gave permission to the database user, and I send an email to my host, and I´m waiting the response. Is the same host as the other site.

Does my host have the solution?

Well, isn't it fair that you pay for it more than once since you are using it more than once (and both are not your own personal sites)?

You haven't provided us with any concrete question to answer - what is not going right?

Ok, sorry then, I undestood that I could built two sites with the same license. I´m not a professional web programmer at all, so this two sites are the only ones I´m gonna built. No problem, I´ll pay a new license.
The issue was in XXcheq config, I´m sure that I have done all the right steps, so the problem must be my host, right?

The problem is likely that your connection information is not right - it will not be identical to your friends site. You can ask your host to help you confirm that information.
