Indexhibit Support

Hi,

I haven't changed or forgotten my log in details, however i'm unable to login in. I've dropped the reset script into my /ndxz-studio/ folder, but when I bring it up in my browser I get the message 'Looks OK' and I still can't login in using the username 'index1' and password 'exhibit'.

I've had a look through the forum and haven't seen any posts relating to the earlier version of Indexhibit so apologies if this problem has already been answered elsewhere.

I had the exact same problem...
Not sure why and how but I actually tried with the version 2 of the password reset and although it didn't work, not sure how and why again I managed to log in the new version and since I used this to log in via their combo password login and it works...

No idea why but basically keep trying few times and it should work!

Thank you for your suggestion, I tried it a few times yesterday evening and again this morning and i'm still not having any luck with it. The second version of the password reset doesn't actually do anything, it just directs me to a server error page in my browser.

I know I had the same I don't get it.
But eventually did work...

You were right! I've just managed to log in using index1/exhibit. Sweet, thanks for your help.
