Hello, I would like to have my website show up on google with a proper sitemap. Forgive me, but I am a bit confused on howto properly do this. Do I just add a 'robots.txt' file? Does CMS2 include a sitemap?

I have created, validated, and uploaded a 'sitemap.xml' and 'robots.txt' to my website directory. But for some reason, Google Webmaster will not verify my sitemap and gives me the error of 'Network unreachable: Network unreachable'.
My website is at RobBrulinski.com and the first person to solve this issue will get $5 from me via Paypal.
