Retrieving Project Description for backed-up files

I recently installed Indexhibit 2.0.
Before doing so I backed up and deleted the all folders and files on my server related to the previous Indexhibit install.

Is it possible to retrieve the project descriptions (i.e. text on each exhibit page) that I had written. Where can I find this text in the files I backed up?

Thanks, Thomas

In the actual database that your previous version was connected to.
The database works like a spreadsheet file, thus is one of the tables you'll find what you're after.

Thanks for the response arsondpi.
But sorry, I am confused:
Where is this database?
Is it in one of the files I can download by FTP, hosted by my web server, or hosted by Indexhibit? Do I retrieve it via an internet browser or by downloading the file?

It's the MySQL database hosted by hosting company.
If your host keeps backups then ask them about this...

Brilliant!
I was able to download information for mySQL as spreadsheets.

Future reference:
The most useful table (all the exhibit descriptions) was called `ndxzbt1_objects`

Thanks, T
