i have one question,
i would like to remove the links of the navigation headlines
like > "work in progress", "portfolio!, "about"

Click Page Options and swich Hide from index to On

Yes but 'Hide from Index' removes the link AND the title. Is there a way to make the titles remain, just not as a link?

It would be great if there was a control for that for each section :)

the link is gone, but still when i moeseover the title the courser changes!...is there a way of removing this aswell??

2.     cursor: default;
