I 've clicked on the vimeo logo and then I filled up the vimeo window with the URL 's file adress , the videos's width and height, and then I've submitted that . And the answer is : "CURL is not installed!" .... what does it mean ? what should I do ?

Try asking your host if they will install it - it's a very normal thing to have on a webserver these days.
I was interested to use indexhibit for my art work with a lot of video content with links to Vimeo, but not sure how it will perform and wanted to look up some examples of Indexhibit built website with substantial video portfolio. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
