Indexhibit Support

Hi there,
A few days ago I unfortunately messed something up in Filezilla, effectively corrupting my entire site. The only thing I could do was to reinstall Indexhibit. But now when I go to my site, the following message appears?

it seems the options.php file (from dxzsite/config/options.php) is missing... reupload it and see if it works.

I think I accidentally moved some files into another directory in Filezilla and the whole thing just gave up on me. Do you know if there's a way to back my site up in Filezilla to prevent this from happening?
