Indexhibit Support

Hi,
Both my website aliceandjoewoodhouse.com and my new website I have been working on transcript.org.uk/ndxzstudio/ are coming up as 500 internal server error - I don't know if this is an indexhibit issue - but they both have been built with indexhibit - could anyone offer any advice?
