I tried using reset2.php, and wasn't prompted to reset my password. instead what I got was an email entry prompt. Then when I entered my email all it gave me was "email address not found".

The reset worked fine.
You should have gotten a message that said Looks Ok!
Now you need to login here: mjcastanos.com/ndxzstudio/ using index1/exhibit as your Login/Password (change these asap).
