Indexhibit Support

Hello Forum,
I am having issues uploading files.Once I have selected the the files nothing happens! The files are no bigger than 100 kb, I have changed the permissions, reinstalled indexhibit and tried using different browsers. My host server is TSO Host and they have advised me everything is fine at their end.

Could it be anything to do with the 'exhibit options'? I've also noticed that in the studiosite file their is a php document that is titled 'error.php' is this normal?

Would be grateful for any suggestions!

Out of curiosity did you try a different browser?
Are the images properly exported for web use (RGB, 72dpi etc)?

I've tried using Safari, Firefox and google and the images are RGB and 72 dpi

So:
You click Add files
then click Upload
and nothing happens?

I click upload which brings the file up, but it never actually uploads to indexhibit,nothing happens the uploading bar stays grey

Are your folder and file permissions correct?

I just download indexhibit and I was with the exact same problem.

On firefox, when you click Upload, it brings the select image window again (same behavior that add files).

On Safari, when you click Upload, the bar turns green and the image is uploaded.

Just found out, It's a CSS problem. When I put firebug to look into it, I see that the "add files " is in front of Upload (on firefox, at least) and almost covering the cancel button as well.

Thanks for all your help! I've finally solved the problem-I didn't have the latest version of Safari so I downloaded the new mac software Mountain Lion which has enabled me to upload files :)
