recently migrated site

I recently migrated my website as-is from one hosting account to another. I have been working with GoDaddy to resolve any issues I came across with my database/ SQL, and it looks like we're finally almost back up and running. Unfortunately, while my site now does load correctly, none of the links/ pages are working.
When I log into my Indexhibit account management, all of my content is correct and in-tact. When I preview a page, it looks good. It just doesn't work in the live version.
Any input is welcome. Thank you!

Have you enabled mod_rewrite in the new server? It seems that you haven't enabled clean urls properly...

I'm not sure that my website has changed servers, just changed hosting accounts within the same hosting company- GoDaddy.
I didn't change any files, except for re-routing the config file to the new database.

When I migrated the files, GoDaddy suggested that I copy the files exactly from my old hosting FTP (including ALL gimg files).
Is that the proper way to do it, or do I simply copy the indexhibit files/ folders that I uploaded upon install (which are empty-- no image files or content).

Problem solved! For now, I'd rather have a functioning site than clean urls. Thank you arsondpi. Turns out I didn't even have the ".htaccess" file uploaded. I added it, then changed mod rewrite to "false" in defaults.php.
Thank you!
