Indexhibit Support

Hello,
I am trying to change the hosting of my website and for this I need to transfer the files to the new hosting provider. My website was built with Indexhibit so I would need to download the files from there. I used to access Indexhibit through leticiagaspar.com/…. However, after cancelling my previous web hosting provider, I don't seem to be able to access that link any more. Please could you let me know the way to access my site's files?

Please don't post in two languages - it's still a double post and isn't good use of the forum. Obviously, the English language help around here is quicker...

If you cancelled your webhosting then you might be in trouble - the problem rests with your old host. You need to contact them immediately and see if you can get the files and also export the database (so you can put them on your new host).

You need to login to your server download all the files and folder to your computer, login to your database via phpMyAdmin and export your database to you computer.
Then after doing all this, login to your new server, reupload the files and folders and import the database via your new servers phpMyAdmin.

Last but not least ask your old host if he keeps backups your server. You'll then need just do the uploading and importing bits in your new server.
