I can't log into my website: gabriellamarinagonzalez.com

I wan't to be able to update and I used to have a web designer who is now MIA. I used to be able to login via a link which redirected me to a user name and password that he gave me. this is that link :

This user name was GMG and the password was collection10. The last time I had a successful login was March/April 2012. Now when I click the link i task for a six to twelve character login name which i never had because i used to log in with three letters.

I'm sorry if this is annoying as i know nothing about computers and am trying my best to pick up the pieces my wedesigner left behind to pass the site over to a new designer. I had a look at the reset plugin but i can;t figure out how to use it. Any help would be so appreciated.

Just to add I believe I may need a Password Reset Script from researching the forum more. I read on the forum to get it from the downloads page but that was posted five years ago and I can't seem to find a download section. Hope to get a reply. I'm desperate to get my site updated.

I'm not sure were or how to put this into my /ndxz-studio/ folder.

It may help to know I got this error code while trying:

The requested URL /ndxz-studio/reset.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Then you didn't upload it in the ndxz-studio folder...
You'll need and ftp application to login to your server.

Hello again, I don't have access to the ftp section of my site. I can only get as far as this link: gabriellamarinagonzalez.com/ndxz-studio/

I know it would of been in the original documentation but the web designer never forwarded this to me. Can I please have some advice on what to do as I can't get into or update my site and my work is starting to suffer. I'm way out of my depth here. Thank you in advance.

from what i understand i need to log into my site via ftp,, and what I need to get into the site via ftp is a

-host (which is a bunch of numbers that looks like a elongated ip address)
- a username
- a password

this information should be in an email from the server, host or maybe the domain registrant aswell?

The problem is I don't have any of this because I didn't create the site. If anyone can help let e know!

First of all contact your web designer or the person responsible for your server/host.
Get all the details of your site: ftp, database details and host control panel login.
You may need them one day anyway.
