Indexhibit Support

Hi,

I was working on a beta site under a sub-folder (museoplan.com/dwills),
then moved it to the main directory (museoplan.com) to 'launch' the site.

Everything seems to be in fine working order, except my slideshow will not advance the files. (under museoplan.com/project)

Anyone have a clue as to what is happening? What do I need to fix?

Whoa, strange. This is what is returned when you try to load an image:

1. <!-- SHTML Wrapper - 500 Server Error --></coder>

My guess is that you have some old code, perhaps in your htaccess file, that is diverting things. The above is not an Indexhibit error message.

One other thing you might check - make sure that /ndxzsite/plugin/ajax.php has permissions 644.

I changed the permissions for ajax.php,
installed the original htaccess file,
removed all traces of old website before moving the folders,
yet still it persists.

weirdly enough, I kept a copy of the beta site, and the slideshows work there:
museoplan.com/dwills/project

Unless you edited some files, there must be a permissions issue somewhere. I've never seen it fail the way it's failing on your site...

Hmm. I just deleted everything and re-moved the files. Seems to work now.

Odd hiccup, but I am very thankful for your help!

I bet a file did not fully upload - this happen often with FTP. I should have suggested file replacements. Good call on that one...
