I cannot connect to my website. (sooimjeong.com)
I get a message below when I tried to connect to my website.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 83886080 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 261900 bytes) in /customers/f/9/6/sooimjeong.com/httpd.www/ndxz-studio/common.php on line 140
I contacted my domain company (one.com) and they gave me a tip below to change a server.
Ruel: Access the server
Ruel: Locate the file htaccess
Ruel: Rename this as old_htaccess.txt
Ruel: Please note that to rename only the one without the dot (.)
I have done everything they gave me and deleted many images as well.
I have conected my website once since then and it took 25 mins. Super super slow. Now I get same error message and cannot connect.
I am really bad at computer things. Does anyone know what is going on my website? Is this Indexhibit problem or the domain company problem?
