Anyone knows how I can link a menu section title to my tumblr? I'd like to click on a menu section title and have my tumblr opening in a new window. Thank you in advance

You can't with a section link. But, you have many options for how things are displayed (or not) in the index - and alot of CSS things you can play with that can be very specific towards each and every link.

Your case is more complicated because I don't really know how you are generating your #index - my guess is the code is custom. If so, simply add the code there or perhaps utilize your PreNav space that way (and fully embed your logo into the template).
