Website content doesn't change after edit

Hello, I've recently upgraded to the new version, able to log in and everything seems fine, but soon realised that any update/edit I made in backstage does not appear on the actual website, the 'preview' doesn't work either. I changed permission to the folders in tutorial to 777 already.
Hope this can be resolved easily. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
