Indexhibit Support

Hello,

no matter what I do "save a page", "add a picture" etc. Indexhibit makes me log in constantly. And when I make changes and attempt to save them, it does not save the changes, it simply refreshes the page and asks me to login again.

Not sure what version I have.

Unfortunately it didn't help..
I tried a different browser and also emptied my cache, I tried also a different computer and it didn't help.

Hi, I am having a similar problem. I gave a friend my user name and pw because he was going to help me with the site and he was unable to log on after multiple attempts. I fear I am now locked out too. I tried the pw reset download but it did not work (error message and I'm sure I did it right.) Can you let me know the status of my account? lauranndavis.com

Just to clarify, I am able to log in to the forum (obviously) but not into my site. It just clears the username and pw fields when I try to enter them. Frustrating!

When I was given a retrieve pw prompt and when I entered my email it cleared the field and told me "there was an error."

I also tried doing the pw reset plugin and was met with this error messsage:
Not Found
The requested URL /ndxzstudio/reset2.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

That's because the file wasn't placed where it needs to be...if it was in the right place you could access it.

i put it in the studio folder on my computer that was described in the plugin description. I opened it and it was in there! Is there a way you can help me remotely?
