Hello, need to raise this issue once again sorry!

So i have searched the forums, edited permissions based on advice given and have done clean reinstalls.

However I am still unable to edit and update the pre-nav, I remember having this issue with version 0.73. Forgotten how I resolved it and now my logo image has been lost during the upgrade.

Ask your host if they are getting anything in their mod_security logs and have them adjust accordingly - it sounds like they are blocking your site from functioning properly.
