500 Internal Server Error - On one page only

Usually this is a server problem right? I'm now unable to access a page of my site whilst the others are fine. My webhost seems to think this is because of problems with the sites code and php. Right before the problem happened I had changed the Exhibit title of the corresponding page in the backend...

The webhost said

"[Mon Jan 21 17:22:16 2013] [error] [client 71.62.140.7] Premature end of script headers: index.php

Immediate problem averted by creating an entirely new portfolio page; thank god for the multiple file uploader ;) And hidden the broken page for now.

Hello, it's kind of hard to research this when you don't show us the problem page - I'd really like to take a look.
