Indexhibit Support

I'm trying to install indexhibit and i've uploaded the files to the root folder and changed the permissions of the correct folders to 777.
when i key in mywebsitename.com/ndxzstudio/… all that comes up is a blank page? why is this happening?

This could be caused by a couple things...

- wrong or odd permissions on files
- files not fully uploaded (FTP does this all the time)

What some people do when they install is set permissions 'recursively' meaning EVERY file and that will kill everything. Check your permissions on files...should be...

- 644 files
- 755 folders
- 777 on the things we say

can you post your real domain name so we can take a look?

all files have been uploaded and correct permissions have been put on the files

is PHP5 enabled in your server?

does it need to be installed? I have just asked them and the said currently no but i have the option to move over to a different hosting package with them

- Apache server (not Windows)
- PHP 5 or greater
- MySQL 4 or greater
- optionally, ask them if they allow mod_rewrite for "clean urls""
