I found that my site is not working today..seems like been 2-3 days
website address is pqnk.com
the followings are what happened

1. no pages shown on my website

2. but able to see some pages not related to indexhibit
pqnk.com/home/ (was made before indexhibit)

3. found weird named folders in root folder (commercial page was in there) and erased.

4. some files such as index.php is modified on 1-2 days before (I didn't)

5. still able to log in to admin page (pqnk.com/ndxz-studio/) and seems everything is the same as before, except one thing

6. Preview doesn't work...but text and pictures are there...

7. Seems like my account was hacked and somebody changed something

8. IS IT POSSIBLE TO REINSTALL INDEXHIBIT WITHOUT LOOSING DATA AND PAGES? ( I WANNA GO BACK......)

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

First of all ask your host if they keep backups of your server.
If they do, revert to the last working version.

If they don't, backup what you have in your server to your computer.
Then reupload all the files except the config.php file and all the files you have edited (formats, plugins, themes etc)

Thanks,

What does "reupload" mean?
I didn't backup my files before.
And if I backup current files, they would be "not working files".

Do you mean backup all the files and just reupload them again except the config.php?

Or reupload all the files which are backuped before like one month ago? (but I didn't backup before, so I don't have this kind of backup files.)

Thank you...

download all the files that you have currently in your server to your computer and upload a fresh copy of the ndxz-studio folder apart from the files you edited (your theme for example), the config.php file (which is located in ndxz-studio/config/config.php) and the files folder (which contains all your images).

* reupload means upload again.

You can't ask your host if they have backups?

This doesn't seem to be a specific Indexhibit issue, but a problem with hosting in general. It's kind of hard for us to resolve these things for people...

Thanks a lot for your helps!

@ Vaska : yes..I think it is not a Indexhibit issue too...seems like somebody hacked my site and changed something...

@arsondpi : I will follow what you said...hope that will work.

Thank you,
