My friends domain registration "andrewjellis.co.uk" has expired, and he can no longer access his indexhibit site. Is there some way we can access it?
He knows his password for the account, but not the email as it is his old art college provided address. How should we proceed?
Domain and hosting was separated ? if not, your host can delete all things on your space, and in this case…
Did your friend make a backup of indexhibit files ?
You should talk to your webhost and/or domain registrar. As far as the email account goes, you'll need to talk to the school. This is not an indexhibit issue...
