For some reason new images I add don't show up neither as thumbnails nor big when useing either of the two upload options. Images I have tried with are as usual around 100-200kb, tried both png and jpg, checked the config.php and the database password is the same - run out of ideas...anyone?

Yes, did not help - I've had it on 741 for a while, and have not encountered this issue before when uploading images.
Are you using the indexhibit to upload images or your ftp application?
Have you tried a different image?
What's sure is that the image file is not where it should be.
In the page you posted above the actual image link is not there.
Tried both indexhibit and ftp, tried different images - nothing works. I can see them coming up on the /files page, but with 0kb value. Have also contacted provider about it

everything int he /files folder should be 777
Thanks for the help and troubleshooting. The issue in the end was that the server was full due to a huge file left undeleted and so the uploads were only documentation of the effort
