recently redirected my domain due to a change of IP address. since my website (thomaswakeford.com) has lost all its content and does not reflect the CMS.
should I re-install indexhibit ? if yes will i lose the content of my CMS ?

If you moved webhosts and you didn't backup your database, I'm sorry, but you lost your site. You could try talking to them but I bet they won't help you.
So, yes, you will likely need to reinstall.

However i did not change the webhost just the IP address when renewing domain for another year. I have a backup of the database (css,html,etc) and acces to my cms indexhibit page but nothing appers on my website ...
Any ideas ?
I don't understand the change of IP address...what would that have to do with anything? If your site disappeared because of that, you would need to talk to your host...
