Indexhibit Support

Hi,

I installed and started setting up my website leekichan.com 2 months ago, and have not been able to resolve a question I posted before. I still have a lot of videos and other content I would like to upload, but the process has not been working for me.

I initially posted the thread in the installation forum, and Vaska diagnosed that I could be having javascript and/or browser caching issues.

I can't format anything on the page through the 'options' toolbar on the right of the edit screen, and whenever i try to "attach cover" it just uploads as a new photo. I also cannot change the background color in the page option window. The content I do have was uploaded to my server via FTP, so I can only use basic html and don't have access to any Indexhibit formatting tools.

Vaska suggested I "Reupload /ndxzstudio/asset/js/ then do the Shift + browser refresh" and it still didn't work. What should I do?

You mean exhibit options?

Are you sure about this? It doesn't work that way - the code doesn't upload a new image in that fashion.

You have to click on the color wheel to conclude the color selection.

Which browser are you using?

I am using chrome

and yes the exhibit options, and the attach cover just adds another thumbnail on the bottom with no thumbnail preview showing. (all the photos I have tried uploading shows just gray box with an X.)

As for the background color, I click on the color-wheel, and nothing happens.
