Sorry, I might ask a question that has already been answered. But I am not sure what exactly I am looking for - maybe my problem is more about understanding how tags actually work.
I enabled tags in the settings, created some and tagged images. But now I don't know how to show tags on the site. But if I try to add a section and select 'tag' in the section object, it switches back to 'exhibit' when I click 'Update'..
Is there something wrong or am I just doing it the wrong way?
You need to display them on your site - try adding this plugin to your Post Nav space...

Okay, cool, that worked!
But if I click on a tag it brings me to the tag-page but it looks exactly like the page that is set as 'home'.

Explanation: Click anywhere on the splash-page to go to the site. The last two words on the navigation (#index) are the two tags.
