suddenly this error comes up on my installed indexhibit

he file is definitely in in the right size ...
and it started out of the blue ... i used a different browser, another computer ... everything
i have installed index 2 times on my server but with different databases..
and my hoster is paid ... so i dont get it. anybody an idea ?
