My website has disappeared

Hi,
I renewed host and domain 2 weeks ago. Few days after, checking my website from Google, I got an 500 internal server error message. I contacted the host and they couldn't help me much. After few days I checked again and Google link has disappeared, and typing my address I have this error: [an error occurred while processing this directive]. I have the same error when I try to log in into indexhibit
Does someone else had the same issue before?

At the same time it happened another strange thing that I haven't noticed before, checking on Google I found that whois.domaintools.com/ put online all my details, home address, phone, email. There is any correlation between the 2 facts?

Thanks for your help!!!

What was your site? Sounds like your host deleted your site or you didn't pay for your domain name.

No I don't, I paid, at the limit but in time. I can attached the email that I got from the host if it could be helpful.

Thanks!

Sorry, it's confusing... I paid.

The host support did something (sorry I don't know precisely I'm not so expert...) but then they suggested that some html files could be corrupted and to recreate the website. Does it make any sense for you? I have an old back up of my website, should I try?

No, it doesn't really make sense to me. So, they corrupted your files and they won't do anything to help?

The only thing I can think of is that your old site is gone and you have to start over.

Do you mean new domain? New registration?????

I don't know. Indexhibit doesn't control that part of things...you need to talk to your webhost and domainhost.
