Indexhibit Support

Hosting expired and now can't access my studio in indexhibit

My hosting with Justhost expired about a month and a half ago and now, when I go to the usual URL where I would login to access my studio on indexhit (caitlinsmith.net/ndxzstudio/) I just get a 404 Not Found page, even though I renewed my account with Justhost. They told me that I needed to retrieve the nameservers or the IP address from Indexhibit in order to change the information in my Domain Manager or DNS zone editor on Justhost and make my studio on indexhibit accessible again.

Are all of my files on indexhibit lost for good? All of my work is on here and if it's lost I'll be devastated. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello,
I'm sorry to say that, but if your hosting plan expired more than a month ago, you don't have anything anymore on their servers…
It's not just the studio, it's all : caitlinsmith.net
After that, if they told you something like that, ask them to be more specific.
I'm sorry, really.
