Indexhibit Support

hi. i'm not sure whats going on with my website. i have contacted my web host (dreamhost) and they cannot provide any clear indication of the issue besides that they see a permissions issue on my site: carlsweets.com

i have no idea what is going on. one day my site worked. the next, it did not work.

please advise.

here is the error when my attempting to find my site:

Where did your files go?

i'm not sure i understand the question.

i just now deleted the files from dreamhost ftp attempting to start over... i think that might be what you are referring to?

when i upload the install package of indexhibit, everything works correctly. however, my customized files do not.

ok. i uploaded my files to dreamhost again. any advice would greatly be appreciated.

what was customized?
