Indexhibit Support

I downloaded Columner format here. and try to install it.
I learnt that i have to put them in "ndxzsite."
But In Columner folder that i got has 6 files (ie.css/index.php/media.php/reset.css/tag.psp)

My question is, how can i find the right place in my ftp?
ex) can i replace new"index.php"with index.php in the plug in folder?

I would like to remove the small link in the bottom named

" Columner Theme by hm+ ".

Can i delete the link???? if so, how can i do it?

I think it's in the index.php file of the theme. Checkit out...
