Indexhibit Support

I'm trying to use the vimeo plugin but each time I input the url it clears the fields, leaves them blank and does nothing, not even an error message pops up. I'm using this format for the link and I've tried several types of vids, both password protect and public open : vimeo.com/…....

Any insight be much appreciated.

Ask your host if your site uses mod_security and if they are getting anything in your logs that pertain to this. The past couple of times anybody had this problem it was a mod_security issue and was quickly resolved by editing the rules (making exceptions for it).

And, password protected vids are absolutely not going to work... ;)

I was told that I don't have mod_security installed - Is this something i need to install and/or switch to a host that offers it?

Hmmm...this is curious. No, you don't need to install mod_security - just ignore that.

Have you tried the Youtube plugin? Can you do that and see if that works?

No the YT plugin using the http: // youtube.com/…....
url structure doesn't work either. I'm using chrome, firefox and safari. Is there a specific folder I should try reinstalling?
