I don't really understand how to use Meta tags plugin,
Is there any tuto about that?
And also, how can i have a description underneath the url link on google for exemple, instead of the first words of my main page.

The way google tracks your site is quite unrelated to your site, meaning that you can't have complete control to how your site is going to be displayed in a web search.
Google though likes nice html structures and semantics (the use of h tags etc)

As for the Meta tags plugin I see that you're activated it and using it.
What seems to be the issue?
A simple web search on Meta tags will give most explanation available - there's not much to it...

I've activated the meta tags plugin and completed it with keyword and stuuf but i can't see what's the difference with or without.. is that an abstract thing?

Just type Meta tags in a search engine box and do some research.
Generally meta tags help tell search engines and users what your site is about...
