Indexhibit Support

Hello.

My site is energyfool.org

All the pages using the Grow plug-in have suddenly stopped growing when clicked on.

I apologise if this has been addressed in a previous thread, but I couldn't find it.

I just checked your javascript - apparently there's a "You are blocked by day limit"
message in the scripts.
So I guess that you're either blocked by your host.
Send them a message and ask them...

I contacted my host, 123-reg.co.uk

They said it wasn't a hosting issue, but that my site has been infected with malware. They sent me this link

So I guess I need to get it cleaned up. I can do this by downloading all the files and running something like MalwareBytes, then replacing the infected files with clean versions? Or something like that.

I saw Vaska mentioned removing "back code" in

indexhibit.org/forum/thread/5506/

but like sas_steven I don't know what back code is.

Aha - then your site was hacked...
First backup all your files/folders.
Then reupload the javascript files under ndxz-studio/site/js/ including the grow javascript...

* I can't know if other javascript files have been affrect.

But now I can't seem to log into ndxz studio for energyfool.org

All my login attempts failed, and now it's saying that my email

dazzleworms@gmail.com

is not recognised.

That's odd - try using the password reset script found in the Plugins section on the left.

I will need to update to Indexhibit 2 to use this plugin?

No there's one for the Legacy version as well.
