how do you adjust padding between image, image title and image caption in horizontal format?

From Admin>Formats>Horizontal, Options you can adjust a few things.
Otherwise use Firebug the firefox plugin to find the css selectors in question, to affect them with css rules.
If you need further help please post an address with a page in your site using the horizontal format.

Didn't get the adjustment required from the 'Admin>Formats>Horizontal, Options'
and haven't got around to using Firebug as yet. Been fairly busy with content but once I do I will post how I got on.
