How do I make two of my sections pages in themselves, rather than section titles for my expandable menu?

basically I want Audio and Visual to be expandable so you can click on the options, but when you click on Contact or Bio, i need them to just be a page, I don't want options underneath them as it will look messy.

Disable the expanding menus plugin (Admin>Plugins>Expanding menus, Disable)
Then download the Indexpand plugin from the Plugins section (in this site, on the right)
Follow the installation instructions and again from Admin>Plugins>Indexpand, Options, select just the sections that you want to be expanding.
